Screen printing

The classic for apparel that lasts: rich opaque color with a soft hand feel, from a single tee to a thousand-unit merch drop.

Screen printing a design
What it entails

Prints that outlive the garment

We burn a dedicated screen per color, lay down plastisol and water-based inks, and cure every piece at temperature — so graphics stay bright and crack-free through dozens of washes. One color or six, we match Pantones on request.

  • Tees, long sleeves, hoodies, totes and aprons
  • Up to 6 spot colors plus underbase for darks
  • Pantone matching and discharge soft-hand options
  • Bulk tiers that drop the per-piece price fast

Screen printing questions

Just one. Single shirts print digitally-matched to screen quality; runs of 12 or more move to true screens with better per-piece pricing.

Yes — a white underbase goes down first so colors pop on black, navy and forest. Neon and metallic inks are available for runs of 24+.

Not with proper cure. Every piece is temperature-cured and wash-tested, so graphics stay flexible and bright through 50+ washes.

Merch worth wearing.
