Prototyping

Proofs and samples first. Hold the exact stock, feel the exact finish, and approve the exact color before you commit to hundreds.

What it entails

A test run that answers every question

Prototyping is a short, honest run — one box, one tee, one sheet — produced on the same press and stock as your full order. You check fit, color, legibility and feel, then we adjust or scale up. Most prototypes ship within three business days.

  • Physical sample on final stock and finish
  • Side-by-side color variants on request
  • Dieline and sizing checks for boxes and pouches
  • Prototype cost credited toward the full run

Prototype questions

Most single-unit prototypes run $18–$45 depending on stock and size — and the full amount comes off your production order when you scale up.

Yes. We can gang two or three colorways onto one prototype sheet so you can compare them in real light before deciding.

Your choice. We recommend one of each: flat to check print registration, folded to check structure and fit.

Start with a sample, not a gamble.
