Questions, answered

Minimums, files, proofs, timing and shipping — the short version of everything customers ask.

No. Single tees, one-off proofs and full runs all go through the same process — you only pay for what you order, and bulk pricing kicks in automatically at higher quantities.

PDF, AI, EPS, SVG and high-resolution PNG all work. Vector is best for logos and text; 300 DPI at print size is the bar for photos. If your file falls short, our free design check flags it before you pay for print.

Every order gets a free digital proof within 48 hours (same-day before noon for rush). Nothing prints until you approve it in writing — request tweaks as many times as you need.

Most apparel and paper orders ship 3–5 business days after proof approval; packaging runs ship in 7–10. Rush slots are available at checkout when the schedule allows.

Screens lie — paper does not. Our presses are calibrated daily, and physical proofs are available on every service so you can judge the exact ink on the exact stock before the full run.

Yes — tracked shipping nationwide, calculated live at checkout by weight and speed. Apparel ships folded, posters ship rolled in tubes, and boxes ship flat to save you money.

Absolutely. We archive your approved files and color settings, so reorders skip the proofing queue and print identically to the first run.

Send a photo within 14 days and we reprint or refund — no return shipping, no interrogation. Misprints are rare here, and we own the ones that happen.
